Honda gives back to the communities where our associates live and work through program funding, event sponsorship and associate engagement that align with our strategic pillar award categories of Education, Environment, Traffic Safety, and Community.

Program Funding:

Honda provides programmatic funding in line with our fiscal calendar (April-March). Applications open each fall for programs scheduled for the following fiscal year. Our program funding application is currently closed.

• Application Window: September 1 – October 31
• Review and Evaluation: November – April
• Award Notifications: Spring (tentatively April)

Certain pillar award categories may not always be open for funding, and at times, Honda and the Honda USA Foundation may provide invitation-only funding opportunities to key community partners.

Event Sponsorship Funding:

Honda provides funding for community event sponsorships for events such as galas, festivals, walks/runs, parades and more.

• Application opens on January 2, 2025 and will remain open year-round
• Review, evaluation and award notification will be conducted on a rolling basis
