Lindsey Austin, an engineer for Interior Development at Honda Development & Mfg. of America, uses her engineering skills to assist others in the community, specifically at Form5 Prosthetics where she helps people with disabilities navigate in areas that could seem challenging physically. The organization relies on volunteers to support its vision of equipping individuals who may need a prosthetic limb. Austin is inspired to help others fulfill a dream of riding a bike or rock climbing.

In addition to Form5, Austin’s Team Honda Week of Service activities have included volunteering at the Highbanks Nature Center in Central Ohio, participating in Using S.T.E.M. to Bloom events and working with Rebuilding Together to repair homes for people in need of housing.
