Honda, the Brooklyn Nets basketball club and the Barclays Center in New York recently teamed up to help an organization making a difference in the local community. Together they identified a truly deserving organization that would benefit from receiving a brand new Honda vehicle.

Honda donated a 2021 Odyssey minivan to the North Brooklyn Angels, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit organization that operates a mobile soup kitchen and works to address food insecurity and poverty in the community. Each week, the organization’s volunteers prep and cook over 1,200 healthy meals for their neighbors in need.

We hope this donation will help the North Brooklyn Angels continue its great work fighting hunger, poverty, homelessness and house instability.
