List of Honda’s environmental awards for products and facilities

Since its earliest environmental success with the CVCC Civic, which was a major breakthrough in reducing emissions and increasing fuel efficiency, Honda has introduced many new automobile technologies designed to help the environment. From gas-electric hybrids and natural-gas vehicles to hydrogen fuel-cell technology, Honda cars have been at the forefront of alternative-fuel powertrains.

Many of those vehicles, along with gasoline-powered automobiles that have demonstrated fuel and emission efficiency, have been recognized by various organizations with annual awards.
