Honda of America Mfg. sponsored the The National African American Male Wellness Walk/Run in Columbus, OH last month, with 20 associates walking to raise awareness of men’s health.

The purpose of the National African American Male Wellness Walk/Run Initiative is to raise awareness about living a healthier lifestyle. This event allows men and their families across the country to obtain free health screenings.

The National African American Male Wellness Walk Initiative is the largest health initiative for African Americans and other minorities in the state of Ohio.

At the event, one of Honda’s African American Business Resource Groups “i4” was presented with the Health Hero Award for advocating for diverse programming and activities.
