Children in one Columbus neighborhood are learning about healthy eating and where the fruits and vegetables they eat come from, thanks to Acura and Columbus Crew SC.

Acura this winter announced a partnership with Columbus Crew SC as it signed on as the jersey sponsor for the Ohio-based Major League Soccer team. The partnership grew even more last month when Acura associates and Crew SC worked together to build a community garden at the Linden Park Neighborhood Early Childhood Education Center, in partnership with Columbus City Schools and local non-profit Local Matters.

The community garden will provide a year-round educational opportunity for local children, teaching them how to grow their own food and helping them to better understand the impact of fruits and vegetables on their health.
