Nov. 10 — Lara Harrington, chief engineer, Automotive Development at Honda R&D Americas, and Pam Heminger, division manager, Business Division, Honda of America Mfg., have been named two of the leading women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News.

These two Honda associates are among 100 honorees from 54 companies and 14 disciplines — from manufacturers to engineers, dealer principals to designers— honored by this publication.

This is the fourth time since 2000 that Automotive News has created the Leading Women listing.  While other Honda women were nominated through Automotive News’ online process, a team at the publication evaluated all the candidates and made selections based on its own internal criteria
