The Honda Student Commons and Honda Canada Foundation Dream Lounge Unveiled at Georgian College
In May, Honda announced a $1.8 million multi-faceted partnership with Georgian College. To celebrate the partnership, the Honda Student Commons and Honda Canada Foundation Dream Lounge were unveiled November 21 at Georgian College.
These spaces bring the Power of Dreams to life by creating opportunities for students, faculty and the community to connect, collaborate and dream.
Tom Lake, Executive Vice President, Honda of Canada Mfg. and Vice Chair, Honda Canada Foundation, and MaryLynn West-Moynes, President and CEO, Georgian College, presented the inaugural Honda scholarships to eight outstanding Georgian College students. This included four children of HCM associates who received the Children of HCM Associates scholarships.
