Students Make Cars Out of Veggies at STEM Expo

Honda volunteers had a blast assisting high school students at a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Expo on March 3 at Worthington High School in Ohio.

Twenty-one volunteers from Honda of America Mfg Inc. helped more than 300 students design edible cars. Cars were made out of carrots and celery and various other snacks.

There were 315 cars produced and the farthest distance traveled was 28.92 feet.

Who knew a carrot on wheels could travel so far?
