Associates at Honda Precisions Parts of Georgia (HPPG) supported the Back to School Rebel Fest in Tallapoosa, Georgia, a free community event with food, school supplies and a concert centered around serving families in need.

Approximately 50 associates collected back-to-school items and provided backpacks for the kids at the festival, stuffed with pencils, notebooks and more.

A high percentage of the students in Haralson County come from low-income families, so this provides many local kids an opportunity to kick off the school year in a positive manner.

In addition to school supplies, the kids could also get haircuts and various hygiene checks along with free food, drinks and games. The event was hosted by the local school district and a number of organizations participated.
