Nicole Bell, Office of Inclusion and Diversity Lead, Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, was recently named “Up and Coming” Achiever for 2017 by the Center for Leadership Development in Indianapolis, Ind. Bell is working to increase awareness and demonstrate the company’s commitment to diversity in all aspects of its business – from human resources to communications to supplier relationships. She is also involved in engaging the broader community. Bell sits on the Girl Scouts Board of Trustees and volunteers with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She co-chaired the Flourish Conference for Women and was committee member on the 2016 Torch Relay for Decatur County for Indiana’s Bi-Centennial.

Bell received the award on March 23, along with 15 other recipients at the Annual Minority Achievers Awards Scholarship Gala.
