Honda Loves You Back Campaign Surprises Baseball Fans

In the latest edition of the Honda Loves You Back social media campaign, Honda showed its love on Canada Day. On July 1, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, baseball fans got a pleasant surprise. As they pulled into the parking garage at a Toronto Blue Jays™ baseball game, Honda rewarded customers by paying for their parking.

“This is awesome,” said one driver when greeted with the news. “Seriously?” said another. Another Honda owner was so delighted with the free parking, she hugged the Honda representative from her car.

The Honda Loves You Back campaign is utilizing social media and Honda’s customer relations interactions to surprise candidates with gifts of appreciation for their loyalty. The team is planning other ‘surprise and delight’ tactics for customers at locations throughout Canada in 2016.
